Great app, helps me get a better nights sleep

Honestly, I got this app as an after thought and Im so happy I decided to try it! It helps me relax and I fall asleep so much quicker now. The first few meditations are free but after that you have to pay $0.99. Ive bought the additional meditations and it is worth it! No complaints at all. The only suggestion I have for the app is the option to have waves and other sounds in the background just like the ambient rain.

I used this app for the first time last night and really enjoyed both the concept, and the content offered. However, the meditations themselves felt rushed! I meditate because I have to - or anxiety will keep me up all night, and at times I felt the narrators quick/rushed pace actually increased my anxiety. For the morning relaxation it felt like she was rushing to cram everything in, a prelude to my work day? This is what it felt like!

I have been using this for the last month and it really helps put me into a solid sleep.

I enjoy this app. Would like a way to start the morning beditation on demand ... earlier than the time I set the night before... For those times when you wake earlier.

Great concept! Cant wait to try it out tonight!

Gorgeous design, relaxing and soothing night meditations, reasonably priced. I would like to listen to the morning meditation whenever I wake up though, not based on a pre-set wake up time. I purchased the app and can only use half of it.

I use this a lot, best sleeps.

The background noises of the first night time meditation sounded like ghost noises and human voices chanting. I had to turn it off.

How on earth do you use the app?

Love this app so far! There are a ton of great features for free unlike some of the other Reviews state. I really love that there are ways to gently wake me up and also relax me to sleep. What I love most is that you can dim the back light on the time down screen bright lights on my phone make it hard for me to sleep often
